Your courier invoice arrives as one number. Underneath it are hundreds of lines, each produced by a weight, a lane, a slab and a set of surcharges — and any of the four can be wrong.

Works alongside your existing courier booking app. Pak Shipping Recon does not book shipments, print labels or generate load sheets. It checks what you were charged for the shipments you already sent.
Every line against your own rate card. Not an industry average and not the courier’s summary — the slab table you actually signed, including its weight bands, its volumetric divisor, and how it treats fuel and GST.
Weight. Compares the weight the courier billed against the weight of the order it carried, and applies the volumetric rule from your contract. Rounding into the next slab is shown explicitly, because that is where most of the difference lives. The volumetric weight calculator does this for a single parcel, free.
Lanes and zones. Resolves each consignment’s origin and destination into the model your courier prices on — sector pairs for some, city-to-zone mapping for others — and flags lines classified into a band you did not expect.
Unresolved lanes are reported, not hidden.
Surcharges. Separates base freight from fuel and GST so you are comparing like with like. Comparing a tax-inclusive invoice line against a tax-exclusive slab is the single most common false dispute in this exercise, and it is one the app removes.
What it cannot compute. Lines missing an origin city, or carrying a destination absent from your coverage list, are reported as unresolved — never quietly counted as correct. An honest gap tells you where your data needs work. A hidden one tells you nothing.
Aggregator invoices are handled properly. Where several couriers appear on one document, each line is attributed to the courier that actually carried it before it is compared to anything — because checking a consignment against the wrong courier’s slab is not a check at all.
Any other Pakistani courier can be added with a custom rate card and zone mapping.
Two different questions get called reconciliation, and most tools answer only the first.
COD settlement reconciliation asks whether the cash your courier collected reached your account. It compares delivered orders against remittances.
Freight invoice reconciliation asks whether you were charged correctly to carry each consignment in the first place. It compares invoice lines against your contract.
A settlement report can balance to the rupee while every freight line inside it is wrong. Pak Shipping Recon answers the second question.
