Return Guard helps Pakistani Shopify stores control cash-on-delivery returns. Every order gets a return-to-origin risk score (0–100) based on address quality, phone validity, order value, city, and your courier history — so you know which orders to confirm before dispatch.

How it works

Return Guard reads order, customer, and fulfilment data from Shopify. It scores each COD order, normalises city names so reporting stays consistent, and tracks how each courier performs by destination. You then confirm, tag, or cancel before the parcel is handed to the courier.
